Ankita Lokhande born as, "Tanuja" in Indore, India, is an Indian television actor best known for playing the role of Archana in Pavitra Rishta. She was born on 19 December 1986 in Indore.Her favorite color is WHITE and baby pink. She was a part of Zee cinestars ki khoj and also earned many accolades from directors such as mahesh manjrekar,satish kaushik.She was supposedly to begin her tv career with "baali umar ko salaam" with jai soni,but that serial got dropped due to some reason. She,then, began her television career by playing the role of Archana in Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV. Currently she is playing the main lead Archana in the famous Balaji Telefilms serial Pavitra Rishta opposite Sushant Singh Rajput on Zee TV.
